Ah... It's not, actually.
[SO NOW THEY HAVE THREE, APPARENTLY... WOW. WOW. How... how many faction-changing items...... are they sitting on. Hm.]
I'm not sure if they would want me to mention they have it, but I can say it's a different one. They only got it recently, though.
[So at least it's not whoever's been sitting on one since WEEK ONE.]
