Melloi and Reyna had an, um... Agreement, apparently. If one of them was chosen as a Blotter, they would target the other. [...] To be honest, though, knowing this just makes me more pissed off that Dazai took the fall for him. Melloi could have minimized the casualties so easily, but he didn't.
